Martín Vanin is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia and Washington D.C. offices and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice. He leads client engagements across the IT services, professional services, tech-enabled business services, and software sectors.
Experience
Martín leads senior-level engagements for chief executive officers, presidents, go-to-market, and operations leaders for publicly traded and private equity-backed clients. He has also placed operating partners and board directors for leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Martín conducts executive-level searches across the technology, professional services, aerospace, defense, and non-profit sectors. He works with some of the firm’s most strategic clients in Latin America.
Before Heidrick & Struggles, Martín worked at a global custom research and analytics consultancy, where he supported market research and brand strategy engagements for clients across the technology and business services industries.
