Martín Vanin is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. offices and a member of the firm’s global Technology & Services Practice. He leads client engagements across the IT services, professional services, tech-enabled services, and software sectors.

Experience

Martín leads executive search and leadership succession assignments for chief executive officers, presidents, go-to-market, and operations leaders across publicly traded, private equity-backed, and privately held organizations. He also advises leading private equity firms on selecting operating partners and board directors across their portfolios. He frequently supports leadership building at key moments such as scale-up, commercial transformation, organizational change, and strategic transitions.

Martín’s work spans the B2B technology and services landscape, with expertise working with people-based, tech-enabled business models. He also brings extensive experience working with organizations operating in regulated and public-sector-facing environments. He has partnered with some of the firm’s most strategic global clients on complex leadership challenges.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Martín worked at a global custom research and analytics consultancy, where he supported market research and brand strategy engagements for clients across the technology and business services industries.
