Amanda Worthington


Amanda Worthington is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the Consumer Markets Practice. Previously, she led the global Consumer Products sector and the Consumer Markets sector in the Americas. Her expertise spans more than a dozen years in a variety of consumer sectors, including branded durable goods, sporting goods and leisure, food and beverage, retail, and services. She recruits board directors, chief executive officers, division presidents, and heads of operations and supply chain.


With clients ranging from privately held and private equity-backed small- and mid-caps to the Fortune 500, Amanda focuses on senior operating roles within both high growth and turnaround situations. Functionally, she specializes in strategy, marketing, product innovation and development, sales, and end-to-end supply chain. She has additional expertise with founder-driven and family-owned entities, advising CEOs and their advisors through times of ownership or generational shifts and leadership transitions.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Amanda was a managing partner at a multinational search firm focusing on consumer, retail, and industrial sectors. She is a member of the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa.
