Experience
Filip specializes in aligning executive teams. His work spans healthcare, life sciences, medtech, and digital health, helping multinational companies and startups translate ambition into growth.
Previously, he led a neuroscience digital health venture through its expansion from epilepsy into dementia and Parkinson’s disease, while also guiding its transition from a services-led to a product-led model. Prior to that, he led the European healthcare and life sciences sector at ?What If! Innovation (part of Accenture).
