She specializes in senior financial officer recruitment for technology and professional services companies, working with public, private, private equity-backed, and venture-backed businesses at varying stages of growth and transformation.
Experience
Jackie advises clients on senior finance leadership appointments, with particular expertise in chief financial officer searches and building broader finance leadership teams. Her work spans chief financial officer (CFO), divisional and regional CFO, chief accounting officer, controller, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), tax, treasury, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) leadership roles.
She partners with companies ranging from high-growth and founder-led businesses to scaled public companies and private equity portfolio companies. Her experience spans enterprise software, cloud and AI infrastructure, financial technology and payments, technology-enabled services, consumer internet, marketplaces, health technology, professional services, and consulting.
Jackie brings a global perspective to her work, having spent eight years in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office advising clients across the U.K. and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) on senior financial officer appointments.
In addition to individual executive appointments, Jackie has led engagements focused on building finance leadership teams, succession and assessment, and market mapping for clients navigating growth, transformation, transactions, and changes in ownership.
