Jackie Zavitz is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia and Miami offices, and a member of the Social Impact Practice. She leads searches in mission-driven organizations that include service delivery, advocacy, foundations, funders, higher education, corporate, and philanthropic sectors.
Experience
For the past 7 years, Jackie has been the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she was a principal in the global educational practice with another executive search firm.
Before her career in executive search, Jackie spent 8 years at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she had several senior administrative roles, including a senior member of the MBA admissions committee and as chief of staff to the school's deputy dean.
She began her career at the Electric Power Supply Association, where she engaged in regulatory lobbying.
