Primarily focused on the United States and Bermuda, Peter has successfully completed searches for board members, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, chief risk officers, chief claims officers, chief actuaries, corporate development leaders, and divisional P&L executives, among other senior positions. He serves a diverse range of public, private, mutual, and private-equity-backed organizations, with expertise in the broker and Insurtech markets.
Peter has an extensive network of executive contacts and a proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to venture-backed firms. Regarded as a thought leader in the insurance sector, he has authored several industry-focused publications.
Before transitioning to executive search, Peter gained valuable industry experience as a corporate sales manager at GeoBlue, an international health insurer owned by the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and BUPA. This experience provided him with deep insights into the nuanced operating models and functional responsibilities of insurance organizations, enhancing his ability to identify top talent for his clients.
