Uroš Zver is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the global CEO & Board of Directors and Industrial practices, advising investors and boards on CEO and board appointments across the value creation cycle.
Experience
Uroš works with private capital clients to build leadership teams across energy systems and the technologies enabling their transformation, including at the intersection of energy and AI.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Uroš spent 20 years in executive search and international relations. He was on the international management team of a global platform, leading board and CEO succession work for technology companies in investor-backed environments.
Earlier, he worked in research and in peace and security roles at organizations including NATO and the United Nations, with assignments in New York, Brussels, and Delhi.
