Peter Gibbons is a senior supply chain executive with over 40 years of experience. He most recently served as group president of Enterprise Supply Chain at 3M, where he led global operations with over 100 manufacturing sites in more than 30 countries, as well as complex logistics networks and supply chain strategies spanning 91 countries. Before 3M, he spent four years as CEO of TireHub and held senior roles at Mattel, chief supply chain officer, and Starbucks, EVP Global Supply Chain, and ICI Paints before that. Known for driving large scale transformations, Peter emphasizes inclusive leadership and talent development, and he was the executive sponsor of 3M's pride employee resource network. Originally from Scotland, Peter now resides in the US and until recently sat on the board of CP Kelco until its acquisition by Tate and Lyle.
