Holly McLeod is a principal at culture-shaping firm Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company in New York. She has experience in several industries, including healthcare, insurance and financial services.
Holly serves as a strategic partner to clients and Heidrick & Struggles colleagues, customizing solutions that enable clients to transform and accelerate their performance. Her understanding of how shaping an organization’s culture is a key differentiator for her clients helps her to drive innovation and collaborative cultures that lead to improved bottom-line performance.
Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Holly spent 10 years with Berlitz, an international language and cross-cultural training company. Her experience working with global accounts informs her understanding of how diverse the goals of client engagements can be and how to achieve them.
Holly has served on various professional boards including the Los Angeles chapter of the Professionals in Human Resources Association, and the Charleston chapter of the American Marketing Association.
Holly earned her bachelor of science degree in business administration from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
