Overview

Jarrad Roeder is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and a member of Heidrick Consulting, specializing in strategy and organizational transformation. He works with senior executives and leadership teams to accelerate performance in today’s digital world of rapid change and uncertainty.

Experience

Jarrad works with clients to align leaders on a shared digital ambition, identify gaps and barriers to transformation and successfully plan for the people, organizational and cultural dimensions of change. He leads engagement teams to develop future-focused strategic plans, align talent strategies to business goals, and transform entire operating models to drive future growth.

Jarrad is a founding member of Heidrick & Struggles’ Digital and Innovation Center of Excellence through which he helped to shape the firm’s point of view and approach to digital acceleration. He has authored numerous future studies and reports that help clients stretch their thinking about the future and navigate evolving industries, ranging from banking to national defense.

Jarrad began his career in strategy and transformation as an associate at Decision Strategies International (DSI), a global strategy and executive development advisory firm acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2016.

In conjunction with his work at Heidrick & Struggles, Jarrad teaches online courses on critical thinking, decision-making, innovation, and digital dexterity. He has also facilitated business simulations and executive development programs at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education, University of Pennsylvania.
