Erika has more than 18 years of experience in executive search and assessment, with leading executive search firms. She specializes in senior executive search at the first- and second-management levels and has advised organizations across a wide range of industries, including industrial, construction, and healthcare. Her strategic mindset and depth of expertise in executive talent identification and assessment have consistently contributed to her clients’ success.
Erika previously headed the internship department at Universidad de La Sabana’s Business School. Her certification in Strategic Talent Acquisition by the Human Capital Institute (HCI) informs her ability to apply innovative approaches to talent identification and retention. Erika completed the Leading People and Teams specialization at the University of Michigan. She has complemented her education with specialized training in competency-based management and is currently pursuing coach training.
