Hugo’s experience allows him to tailor counsel to each company’s unique context, supporting CFOs as they navigate the evolving demands of scale, transformation, and financial leadership in high-growth environments.
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Hugo worked at a boutique executive search firm, supporting sponsor-backed businesses in building out their leadership teams across EMEA and North America. He began his career at Elevate Talent, providing executive search and leadership advisory for sport, media, and entertainment brands.
