Overview

Rebecca Foreman Janjic is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice. Previously, she led the Venture Capital Practice and co-launched the firm’s Big Data & Analytics Practice. Rebecca’s search practice focuses on recruiting executives within software, consumer internet, and technology services companies.

Experience

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rebecca was a partner with a regional retained executive search firm where she provided search services to software, internet, clean tech, and other technology clients both public and private. Before that, she was a senior manager at EMC Corporation where she was responsible for executive recruiting and global staffing programs.

Earlier in her career, Rebecca led a regional CIO practice for another international search firm. She was also the director of executive recruiting for Internet Capital Group, a publicly traded incubator of business-to-business software and services companies, and worked for a Massachusetts-based executive recruiting firm.
