Experience
Olga has significant executive search experience partnering with clients across EMEA, focusing on Middle and East Africa, where she is helping to build the firm’s capabilities in untapped growth markets throughout the region.
Prior to that, she received substantial experience in Eastern Europe, where she had a wide range of industries, such as life sciences, consumer products, and technology.
Olga has broad functional expertise and experience placing CEOs, general managers, and various CxOs in commercial, marketing, HR, finance, technology, supply chain, corporate affairs, and legal functions. She has been instrumental in driving the firm’s leadership consulting projects across the Eastern European region.
Olga is a certified Hogan Assessment System consultant.
