He conducts executive searches and C-level succession projects and advises boards on composition, leadership continuity, refreshment, and the integration of future-oriented skills.
Alberto brings clients a deep understanding of the regulatory and governance landscape, with a focus on senior legal appointments, including general counsel, chief legal officer, and company secretary roles.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alberto was a consultant at a leading independent search firm and, before that, a research associate at another global search firm. Earlier in his career, he worked at Kroll, a leading global provider of risk solutions.
He is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
