Experience
Alberto works closely with industrial goods and services companies to recruit top talent for senior leadership and board appointments, primarily across Italy and Spain. He advises companies on their digital transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on industrial technology.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alberto was a consultant at a leading independent search firm and was previously a research associate at another global search firm. During this time, he focused on engagements in the industrial, technology, and corporate governance sectors.
Before Alberto’s career in executive search, he worked at Kroll, a leading global provider of risk solutions. He is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
