Marcos Macedo is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo office and a member of the Industrial and Energy practices. He has more than 30 years of consulting experience, with a strong track record in strategy, management, corporate governance, organizational development, and executive recruitment.
Experience
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Marcos was a partner and managing partner at one of the world's largest executive search firms, leading executive search, executive assessment, and board advisory assignments for clients across the industrial, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
Before entering executive search, Marcos led the consulting and services businesses for Latin America at IMS Health (now IQVIA), a global leader in healthcare intelligence, analytics, and clinical research services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), A.T. Kearney, and Arthur D. Little, leading strategic, operational, and organizational transformation projects for industrial and energy companies across Brazil and Latin America.
He is fluent in Portuguese and English and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.
