Till Werner is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Frankfurt office and a member of the Industrial Practice. He works with globally operating clients in industrial technology, including robotics, IoT, high tech, semiconductor, private equity, and industrial goods, focusing on operations, supply chain, research and development, technology, and divisional CEO roles across Europe.
Experience
Till specializes in executive search engagements for clients in the industrial goods, high-tech, and automation sectors across Europe, working with international public, private and private equity-backed companies at the board and senior executive level. He is particularly specialized in senior operations and supply chain leadership roles as well as divisional CEO and technology officers, often in complex and technologically advanced environments.
Prior to joining Heidrick, Till was working for a German executive search company, concentrating on the industrial and technological sector in Central Europe as well as related industries.
