Overview
Carlos Gómez-Arnau is a principal Heidrick & Struggles’ Madrid office and a member of the Healthcare & and Life Sciences Practice. He works with a variety of clients in Madrid and Barcelona including large multinational pharmaceutical laboratories, biotechnology start-ups, medical devices companies, and healthcare providers to lead them in the search and selection of executive and c-suite roles for placement into niche scientific roles. Carlos also works with consumer clients, especially in consumer products.
Experience
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Carlos was a managing consultant in the life sciences EMEA team for six years and team leader of the Madrid office of another executive search firm. With earlier experience in another international search firm, Carlos has more than 12 twelve years of experience in life sciences consulting.
He is fluent in English and Spanish.
