She has led founder transitions and general management recruitment to support scaling businesses navigate critical growth stages and foster organizational maturity. She also partners across industries, including Industrial and Healthcare, where similar trends of growth through roll-ups and M&A have been prevalent.
Alexandra began her career with Heidrick & Struggles in Sydney, Australia, where she supported CEO and board appointments across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she worked with a boutique executive search firm, helping clients across various sectors build executive leadership teams.
