Alex Libson is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. He specializes in senior leader and team effectiveness, leading the Team Acceleration Practice in the Americas.
Experience
With more than ten years of experience in management and leadership consulting, Alex works across sectors including, life science, technology, energy, logistics, and financial services, to drive and enable the human component of change. Alex coaches executive teams and leaders to gain clarity of purpose, articulate strategy, align resources, and shape culture to achieve the impact they seek to have on their organization and the world.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alex worked with a large global consulting practice, specializing in high potential leadership development, top team effectiveness, and coaching. He led that firm’s immersion practice, taking leaders out of the board room and engaging with relevant and analogous industries, organizations, and leaders to advance thinking and capabilities.
Earlier in Alex’s career, he focused on the healthcare industry, specifically on the implementation and change management of CEO-sponsored projects. He also worked in the Philadelphia area at a boutique management consulting firm where he focused on the strategy and collaboration practices.
