European Ethnic Diversity Engagement Network (EDEN)

Champions fairness, challenges discrimination, pioneers innovative solutions, and establishes that the differences that exist in the firm in terms of nationalities, languages, cultures, and creeds are a great source of personal and professional enrichment for H&S employees.

Honoring Equality and Inclusion for Disability (#HEID)

Fosters greater understanding and support within the global Heidrick community and with clients about the experiences of professionals with disabilities.


A global network for the firm's LGBTQ+ employees and allies that works to advance and transform inclusion, visibility, education, and leadership for our LGBTQ+ community, as well as to demonstrate our commitment to proudly working with diverse candidates and clients to provide an enhanced perspective on the value LGBTQ+ identity brings to leadership and business.

Professionals of Color

Serves as a resource and advocate for professionals of color across the firm and a forum for mentorship and differentiated professional development, addressing cultural challenges and community amongst H&S colleagues of color and allies with a commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace.


Serves as a community and provides information, resources, and advocacy for our employees who are military veterans, as well as their allies at the firm, family members, and friends. The primary focus is to support members globally through networking, educating our firm and clients about the valuable experiences gained from military service, and participating in charitable initiatives and outreach benefiting the veteran community.

Women's Inclusion Network (WIN)
Chapters: Americas, Europe & Africa, and Asia Pacific & the Middle East

Offers all women an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow with a commitment to creating an inclusive environment for women of all levels, titles, and places in their career path to thrive. The WIN community is a resource to represent employees’ voices, raise new and different ideas to leadership, celebrate accomplishments, and prioritize DE&I.
