Joyce Chan is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office and a member of Leadership Consulting, where she advises senior executives on interventions that accelerate board, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
Experience
Joyce works closely with senior leaders on leadership and organizational transformation across private and public sectors in the APAC region. She advises boards on effectiveness through board evaluation, skills review, and succession strategy.
Joyce’s passion for empowering leaders and teams maximizes performance and impact by harnessing capabilities and shaping culture.
Joyce develops and implements talent and performance interventions focusing on succession planning, leadership development, talent management, strategy alignment, operating model and organizational design, and workforce planning. She integrates multidisciplinary solutions to optimize organizations, enhance capabilities, and drive future growth.
Joyce has more than 20 years of consulting experience and is accredited in a range of proprietary Heidrick Consulting and other leading psychometric tools.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joyce worked at another leading consulting firm, reinventing organizational and talent strategies to cultivate growth and advance change. Joyce started her career with Oliver Wyman Hong Kong, where she specialized in strategy development.
