Joyce Chan

Overview

Joyce Chan is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office and a member of Heidrick Consulting where she works with corporate leaders to transform their organizations through organization design solutions, human capital strategies, culture, and leadership development.

Experience

Joyce has more than 15 years of experience in strategy and organization consulting across APAC focusing on government, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and the healthcare sector. She is passionate about unleashing the potential of organizations with interventions in organization structure, strategic workforce planning, talent development strategies, and culture shaping.

Joyce has experience designing and integrating solutions as well as guiding collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams throughout their transformation. She has led project delivery of complex, multi-solution projects helping leaders to augment and optimize their organization, people capabilities, and readiness for change.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joyce was a member of another leading search firm’s organizational strategy practice in Singapore. She has advised multiple public agencies and private sector clients in the healthcare, education, and social sector to reinvent their organization and talent strategies to advance a national change agenda. Joyce started her career with Oliver Wyman Hong Kong where she gained experience in strategy consulting ranging from market entry strategy to organization design in APAC.
