Wilderotter discusses the importance of intentional leadership to diversity efforts, why diversity is good business, her efforts to support other women, and changes to the shareholder investment base. She also shares her opinion on diversity mandates, what interest she’s seeing boards take in terms of the backgrounds and experiences they are looking for, and the areas where women are more likely to struggle when they first join a board.
