Overview
Susie Clements is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and managing partner of the Corporate Officers Practice in Europe & Africa, responsible for the Financial Officers; Legal, Risk, Compliance & Government Affairs; and the Human Resources Officers practices across the region. She is also a member of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice. Her search work focuses on group CFO and succession hires. For the prior three years, she was the global co-head of the Financial Officers Practice.
Experience
For the last 25 years, Susie has worked closely with a broad spectrum of clients to help them build out and develop their senior leadership teams and capabilities, either with individual finance, legal, and HR leadership roles, or as a leadership team rebuild, often instigated by a relocation, a corporate carve-out or merger, or the advent of a new CEO or owner looking to re-shape the culture, capability, and talent of a business.
Susie is an avid traveler and adventurer.
