Amanda has over 30 years of experience working with executive leaders on individual team effectiveness and on shaping their organizational and team culture to deliver sustainable business results. She has led fast, impactful business growth and culture change in a variety of environments.
She has held executive-level positions, including VP Integration, HR, and commercial director roles in a variety of international businesses. She started her career as a litigation lawyer and was a partner in private practice for 13 years.
She combines her broad business experience with her training in psychotherapy to support the impact of her work.
