Experience
Pilar is a member of Heidrick & Struggles’ European Women’s Network and the firm’s Global Partnership Committee. She also participates in the selection of the European Young Global Leaders for the World Economic Forum.
Pilar specializes in searches across financial services. Over the years, her portfolio of search and advisory work spans senior leadership roles including board, CEO, COO and general management positions, often in a cross border capacity. She has managed some of the firm’s largest global leadership development programmes.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she worked in several positions for IBM including client executive for BBVA. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
