Our Employee Resource Groups

An inclusive culture where every individual is valued, respected, and supported expands opportunities for everyone to achieve their potential. At Heidrick & Struggles, affinity groups for women, professionals of color, and LGBTQ are giving people a chance to share experiences, mentor, advocate, and engage internally as well as with external networks. Our regional diversity councils are charged with identifying critical issues on a local level and creating solutions tailored to each challenge and culture.

Professionals of Color

Addressing cultural challenges faced in the everyday work environment for employees of color, while serving as a resource for mentorship and development.

A network for the firm’s LGBTQ employees and allies to advance and transform inclusion, visibility, education, and leadership for LGBTQ people and issues, as well as to demonstrate our commitment to proudly working with diverse candidates and clients to provide an enhanced perspective on the value LGBTQ identity brings to leadership and business.

MDH Enterprises, a woman owned business, is a boutique firm focusing on the empowerment and success of professional women through leadership development programs, workshops and coaching. Their passion is building woman leaders one at a time.

Paradigm for Parity

A movement created for change in the corporate world created by CEOs, senior executives, founders, board members, and business academics who are committed to achieving a new norm. Heidrick & Struggles former CEO Tracy Wolstencroft and current CEO Krishnan Rajagopalan have signed the pledge to have gender parity by 2030.
