Heidrick & Struggles Employee Resource Groups
An inclusive culture where every individual is valued, respected, and supported expands opportunities for everyone to achieve their potential. At Heidrick & Struggles, affinity groups for women, professionals of color, and LGBTQ are giving people a chance to share experiences, mentor, advocate, and engage internally as well as with external networks. Our regional diversity councils are charged with identifying critical issues on a local level and creating solutions tailored to each challenge and culture.

FHH is a women-founded leadership development firm with a focus in professional services, building leadership programs for women at all levels. FHH is helping Heidrick & Struggles build a global talent management plan for women based on insights and findings gathered via interviews and focus groups.
Fortune MPW started as a list 18 years ago and has evolved into the world’s most extraordinary leadership community, convening the preeminent women in business—along with select leaders in government, philanthropy, education and the arts—for wide-ranging conversations that inspire and deliver practical advice. The program features one-on- one interviews, panel discussions, interactive breakout sessions and high-level networking.

Heidrick & Struggles former CEO Tracy Wolstencroft and current CEO Krishnan Rajagopalan have signed the pledge to have gender parity by 2030.
Rungway is a mentoring mobile app automatically provided to all ERGs. It provides a safe, supportive arena for people to ask questions that might have special sensitivities. It allows participants to confidentially or openly ask questions within the discussion group. When confidentiality is chosen, the question remains anonymous to all. Rungway will also help our colleagues with each ERG to find a willing and capable mentor especially suited for the individual.
An innovative coaching consultancy at the forefront of developing and maximizing the talent pipeline with focus on period of transitions such as maternity, adoption, and paternity. Talking Talent runs holistic coaching programs for expecting men and women.
The VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab at Stanford University generates foundational research to advance women's leadership by diagnosing barriers, developing and evaluating interventions to get beyond barriers, and disseminates research-based solutions by bridging the gap between research and practice.
