Analyst

As a search analyst, you are valuable team member who is key to assisting with execution and delivery of assignments alongside the research team and consultant. As a detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn, you will gain vital experience conducting industry research and mapping candidate profiles to support the execution of retained executive searches, from candidate identification through to placement on both a national and international scale.

Associate

As a search associate, you will naturally become more involved in developing effective strategies to identify executives with the critical success factors that match our clients’ specific needs and goals. Coupled with carrying out detailed research and information gathering, you will attend intake meetings with clients, engage directly with potential candidates, and present your ideas to the firm’s partners or principals for consideration.

Senior Associate

Having developed in-depth industry knowledge and some mastery around key elements of the search process, our senior associates begin to assume more responsibility and work with greater autonomy on all elements of the end-to-end search process. Along with the ability to analyze and organize key business information and data points, senior associates own and drive an increasing amount of client contact, conduct candidate interviews, and continue to develop strong relationships as you build out your industry network. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide team members new to the business.

Engagement Manager

The engagement manager oversees client projects across all phases of the leadership search process. In this challenging role, you will leverage your expertise to manage the research phase autonomously, produce high-quality reports with minimal oversight, and lead candidate assessment interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with key industry leaders, candidates, and clients, oversee the work of junior colleagues, and work on developing the leadership skills necessary, including the development of new business, to advance your career to the role of a principal or partner.

Principal

The search principal leads large-scale search engagements that have maximum client impact and generate profitable revenue fostering the ongoing growth of the firm. As an acknowledged expert in your industry or functional area, you will drive thought leadership, lead and inspire junior staff and set the standard for success among internal teams. While building your business to reach the Partner level, you will utilize your deep well of knowledge to advise clients and candidates on key leadership-related business issues as you make significant contributions to business development.
