Our global Employee Assistance Program offers confidential counseling and additional resources in local languages, helping employees and their families access the support and guidance they need. Employees and their dependents can utilize both live and virtual counseling, including emotional support from licensed clinicians for anxiety, stress, and grief, as well as assistance for child and elder care, alongside legal and financial guidance from certified professionals.

Mental Health Platform

In addition to our global EAP, we offer a premium subscription to a global wellness platform featuring virtual events, classes, meditations, and tools to support healthy habits. Available 24/7 and in ten languages, the platform has been well received by employees. It is available to support proactive mental well-being and navigate ongoing or emerging challenges. Each employee can share access with up to five family members.
