Experience
As a consultant, he has worked across sectors and geographies to develop leaders, coach teams, and shape organizational cultures. Most of his career has involved advising senior leaders on strategic matters. He understands the challenge of driving results and sustaining excellence over time.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joe held leadership positions in marketing, finance, and culture at FedEx’s world headquarters for 20 years. As a culture leader, he led their enterprise-level culture revitalization, working directly with the CEO, CIO and senior executive team to influence transformation across the globe. This spanned five operating companies and the integration of a complex $4.8B global acquisition. He saw firsthand the power of leadership and culture to drive innovation, collaboration, and inspiration that leads to improved bottom-line performance.
He is fluent in Spanish and is an International Coaching Federation-certified coach.
