Overview
Leanne Arcinue is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the global Technology & Services and Technology Officers practices. She leads client engagements for IT services, professional services, tech-enabled business services, business process outsourcing, and PE-backed entities.
Experience
Leanne has extensive experience leading senior-level engagements, placing chief executive officers, chief information officers, go-to-market and sales leaders, and practice leaders and partners in management consulting, business and professional services, and technology organizations.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Leanne spent several years at another global executive search firm as a member of the technology, communications, and financial services practices, specifically in FinTech and payments. She led several search engagements focused on chief product officers, chief technology officers, and digital transformation roles.
Earlier in her career, Leanne was an executive director at Worldwide Business Research in New York. Before that, she was an operations manager on the executive management team of eTelecare Global Solutions (now Concentrix), where she led and developed the first generation of BPO leaders in the Philippines. Leanne began her career as a program manager at Citi, Asia Pacific Banking Institute, where she designed and executed leadership development programs for Citi’s corporate clients in the APAC region.
