Mike leads local and regional consulting projects across leadership assessment and development, team effectiveness, strategy, culture, and organizational acceleration. He joined Heidrick & Struggles in London where he supported the design and development of the firm’s suite of proprietary diagnostic tools and consulting methodologies.

Mike writes and frequently speaks on topics of leadership and talent, focusing on future leadership capabilities and emerging talent trends.

Mike has worked across 5 continents and a wide range of industries, including life sciences, financial services, and private equity. He designs and delivers complex and innovative solutions managing global teams to bring the best of Heidrick & Struggles to clients.
