Her previous leadership roles have allowed her to drive transformative business results by synchronizing HR strategy, talent acquisition, and talent management.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alexandra held various leadership roles, including vice president of product sales at Alexander Mann Solutions and leading recruitment process outsourcing for North America within the technology sector at a global executive search firm. She has demonstrated a determined cross-functional approach throughout her career, driving operational efficiency, commercial excellence, and client satisfaction.
