Overview
Alyse Bodine is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and a member of the Financial Officers Practice. Over her 20+ years with the firm, she has served in several leadership roles, including, most recently, as global head of the Financial Officers Practice. Her search experience includes corporate CFO and other senior-level financial officer assignments as well as board of director engagements.
Experience
Alyse works with a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, small- and medium-sized public and private companies, and private equity- and venture-backed companies across a range of industries. She is a frequent speaker and panelist, addressing topics ranging from board effectiveness, talent, and team development to the evolving role of the CFO.
Alyse was awarded the firm’s top regional honor, the Americas Partnership Spirit Award, a partner-nominated and -selected award presented to the partner who exemplifies the collaborative, partnership behaviors Heidrick & Struggles seeks to uphold. Previously, she was partner-in-charge of the Philadelphia office.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alyse was an investment banker at a regional investment banking firm, where she founded a division of the firm’s marketing department.

Philanthropy and Service
Over the years, Alyse has been involved in the Philadelphia community as both an active volunteer and board member of various professional and non-profit organizations. She currently serves on the board of directors of The Mann Center for the Performing Arts. From 2016 through 2019, she served as a trustee of The Rosenbach. She is a past participant in W.O.M.E.N. in America, a nationwide organization that helps professional women advance their careers through mentorship and leadership training.
