Ashley Beavan is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Houston office and a member of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice, focusing on board effectiveness, engagement, and executive succession planning. She also works with organizations to accelerate the performance of their leaders and top teams through leadership assessment, development, and team coaching.

With more than 15 years of organizational change and leadership advisory experience, Ashley leverages her industry expertise to bridge the gap between clients' aspirations, present realities, and strategic goals. This forms a solid foundation for crafting impactful development journeys that accelerate leadership performance.

Ashley approaches her clients with empathy and curiosity in her executive assessment and coaching work, reinforcing the importance of intentional leadership as the key to unlocking one’s fullest potential.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Ashley spent 10 years working in both industry and consulting organizations as an organizational change management practitioner and business transformation leader.

Ashley is a Junior Achievement chair, partnering with teachers and parents to deliver financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship curriculum to elementary school children.
