Overview

Emma Burrows is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Brussels office and is the regional leader of the Human Resources Officers Practice in Europe and Africa. She is also a member of the global CEO & Board of Directors Practice. Emma primarily partners with clients on C-level, CEO, managing director, and other senior general management assignments with a particular focus on the human resources function.

Experience

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Emma was a director at CTPartners in both the industrial and consumer & retail practices. Emma began as a marketing manager and then moved into a research associate role, where she developed wide expertise in the e-commerce field.

Emma began her earlier career at another executive search firm in Paris, where she was a senior associate for five years and a member of the global consumer & retail practice. She is a British national and has been living and working in Continental Europe for more than twenty years.
