Overview
Jane Bargmann is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and global managing partner of the Industrial Practice. With 18 years of international experience in executive search and management consulting, Jane leads CEO, COO, and board searches for publicly-traded and private equity-backed industrial manufacturing, technology, logistics, and services clients.
Experience
Jane specializes in chief executive officer succession and leads board, chief supply chain and procurement officer, and P&L leader searches across the industrial space. She brings a particular focus on partnering with clients through transformation, including M&A and ownership changes, high growth scenarios, turnarounds, and digitization. Originally from Boston, Jane has lived abroad for over a decade and frequently partners with international colleagues and clients.
Jane previously worked in consulting with CRA International and Marakon, leading strategy engagements for chemical and other manufacturing companies. She was an expat in the Middle East for five years, primarily working with public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia.
