John Connors is a partner with Heidrick Digital, aligned to the Financial Services Practice and based in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office. With 15 years of strategic relationship management experience, he works with HR leaders in talent management, talent acquisition, and employee relations to deliver solutions across all levels of the customer organization.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, John held a senior leadership position for a leading global leadership development firm. Throughout his career, he has partnered with Fortune 1000 clients on talent management solutions. John’s expertise has allowed him to build extensive experience leading global client relationships with various management and talent consulting firms.
