Cristina has over 20 years of experience in strategic human resources roles across the financial sector, energy, and consultancy. She has held strategic and managerial HR roles at Citibank and Ecopetrol, where she implemented practices that strengthened talent management and optimized organizational processes, significantly impacting performance and corporate culture.
Cristina has worked in organizational development consulting for multinational companies, leading teams focused on organizational development and executive search. Her ability to identify and cultivate talent has been key to the success of these organizations.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Cristina served as the human talent leader for the structuring of the low emissions business unit at Ecopetrol, Colombia's largest energy company, playing a crucial role in creating, developing and staffing a unit focused on sustainability and emissions reduction.
