James’ career spans more than two decades and includes leadership roles focused on developing and scaling SaaS-based talent management products. His experience leading product engineering teams in building modern, highly scalable solutions for multinational digital businesses positions him well to support the firm’s colleagues and clients. Throughout his career, James has worked across industries to develop technology initiatives aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, James worked in senior leadership roles in management consulting, helping to develop a leading global talent assessment platform. He also led platform and team integrations during multiple mergers and acquisitions, further strengthening his expertise in delivering client-centered, technology-enabled solutions.
