Liz Duggan is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' London office, also serving clients across Ireland, and a member of the Financial Services Practice. Focusing primarily on corporate and investment banking, she has successfully conducted searches across various sectors and product domains. Liz has a wealth of experience working with a diverse clientele, ranging from major financial institutions to boutique firms and middle-market organizations.
Experience
Liz also has extensive experience working with reinsurance companies as they look to develop their capital solutions and advisory capabilities. She has worked for both large and middle-market insurance names, helping them with their buildouts in Europe and the U.S.
Liz has more than twenty years of experience in executive search, collaborating closely with clients across various sectors, including banking, insurance, private equity, and hedge funds. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, she was a partner in a preeminent search boutique in London and New York. Throughout her career, her goal has been to assist clients in cultivating their businesses, with a strong emphasis on guiding them in managing, mentoring, and advancing their personnel.
Liz started her career in financial services in Citibank's global markets division.
