Kathrin Fox is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Munich office and a member of Heidrick Consulting, specializing in developing leaders and top teams to excel within the context of uncertainty and ambiguity. Her distinct coaching and facilitation skills are born out of her applied studies in transpersonal psychology and consciousness studies, including quantum physics, integral theory, neuroscience, and adult development.

Experience

Kathrin has more than 10 years of international experience in transformational coaching and facilitation across diverse industries and cultures. Her expertise in vertical leadership development informs the design of innovative and safe learning opportunities that support leaders and their teams. That includes guiding them to transform old patterns, resource new wisdom, and expand the capacities needed to thrive in a brittle, anxious, non-linear, or incomprehensible world.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she ran her own personal and professional development firm dedicated to helping women leaders and entrepreneurs increase their impact and effectiveness from the inside out. She is a keynote speaker and university lecturer for various faculties on topics including business psychology, leadership, and change.

Kathrin is a voracious learner and has trained with leading coaches and experts worldwide. She holds internationally recognized certifications in various coaching and facilitation modalities, as well as leadership diagnostics, conflict transformation, and team development.
