Antoine Honoré is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. He works across the region to support individuals, leadership teams, and organizations to accelerate business results.

Experience

With more than 15 years of experience in designing and delivering large-scale global talent assessment, development, and succession planning programs, Antoine specializes in empowering clients with objective, data-driven, and actionable insights to inform successful talent decisions.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Antoine was part of the senior leadership team of the largest technology company in Australia, working as a strategic adviser and coach to the CEO and CTO, focusing on strategic workforce and succession planning.

Antoine helps clients root their business solutions in reality, thanks to his thorough understanding of the commercial landscape and the contextual leadership capabilities and behaviors that accelerate business performance. He anchors his work on the relationship between business, science, and human capital, especially in generating business results through a deeper objective understanding of underlying potential and capabilities.

His experience includes designing and delivering a global high-potential identification program in the automotive industry, creating the Future Leader Academy for a GCC oil and gas leader, and delivering a leadership development program for a premium insurance provider.

Antoine served as an officer in the French Navy, posted in the Indian Ocean. He is fluent in English and French.
