Overview

David Hui is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Hong Kong office and a member of the Industrial Practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in executive search and consulting globally and across APAC, specializing in senior-level search, consulting, and assessment in the industrial and financial services sectors.

Experience

David advises major financial services companies, leading corporates, and family businesses across APAC on various areas related to recruitment, talent, succession, and organizational development.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, David founded and ran a regional boutique leadership advisory firm. He was also head of the Asia Pacific financial services practice for another top international search firm, leading a team of more than 40 consultants. Early in David’s career, he was a banking and finance lawyer at Allen & Overy and Baker McKenzie.

David is an INED on the board of Hong Kong-listed Kerry Properties Limited (Stock Code 683).
