Louise Huang is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office and a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She has experience leading searches for CEOs, presidents, COOs, and other top leadership talent across a wide range of functions and succession assignments, partnering with clients in healthcare, consumer health and services, and hospitality and leisure.
Experience
Louise brings 20 years of commercial, search, and leadership advisory experience to her client work. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Louise spent 15 years at another major global executive search firm in Singapore and the United States. She has advised a diverse set of clients ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to high-growth startups, private equity-backed, and family-owned companies on their talent needs, presenting insight into the nuances of different ownership structures. She has expertise in building effective leadership teams that can successfully grow and transform organizations through change.
Earlier in her career, Louise worked at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Fairmont Raffles Hotels International in marketing and sales.
Louise grew up in Singapore and has worked with organizations in the United States, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East throughout her global career.
