Experience
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Stacy co-led the medical technology practice for another global executive search firm for more than seven years. Before her career in executive search, Stacy worked at Medtronic in upstream and downstream marketing roles, with a significant focus on global therapy reimbursement and economic value for a critical launch and subsequent acquisition by the company.
Previously based in Zurich, Switzerland, Stacy focused on global launches in Asia and Europe at Biotronik AG. Earlier in her career, she held growth-centered commercial roles at ev3/Covidien and Boston Scientific.
