Janina Johannsen is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Frankfurt office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She focuses on c-level and top management assessments and development, CEO succession planning, and board effectiveness. Janina provides strategic advice to executive boards and top management and has led global change management projects that substantially enhanced her clients’ performance.
Experience
Janina has worked with clients across a variety of industry segments, including financial services, chemistry, automotive, retail, FMCG, and professional services, helping leaders to shape their organizations. She has held leading positions as a management consultant and worked with national and international clients on transformation, change, and leadership issues.
Janina started her career focused on international crisis management, working in Brussels for the international staff of NATO, the Council of the EU, and within the European Parliament, before she worked for an international defense and aerospace company. Her expertise in the area of conflict resolution is a useful asset when helping her clients solve demanding team or organizational challenges.
