Overview

Craig Koeckeritz is a client director in Heidrick & Struggles’ Los Angeles office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. He has a rich history of retail leadership and multidisciplinary industry experience in culture shaping to help leaders become more effective, discover personal insights, and understand their impact on team performance and business results.

Experience

Craig is passionate about helping leaders incorporate curiosity into developing and maintaining a healthy high-performing culture. He joined Senn Delaney in 2014 after experiencing the Senn Delaney culture-shaping program as a leader at Best Buy. During his 27 years in retail leadership, Craig has focused on using the voice of the customer and employee insights to develop strategy, operational improvements, and incremental growth. He also addresses the complexities of growing the business and providing outstanding service by helping to create engaged teams through developing leaders and individual contributors.

Since joining Heidrick & Struggles, Craig has worked with clients across multiple industries and non-profit organizations. His observation of human behavior and deep business acumen provide clients with improved results across all dimensions of the business including P&L, engagement, retention, talent, development, and operational excellence.

Education

Wartburg College, Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Psychology and Political Science with emphasis on Business and Education

Craig volunteers as a business consultant at his church and at local charities and agencies in the Twin Cities area.
