Louise Kyhl Triolo

Overview

Louise Triolo is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She focuses on developing innovative, inclusive, and sustainable organizational cultures using the power of intrapreneurship, leadership and people development, and ecosystem- thinking to stimulate growth and new ways of working.

Experience

Louise has experience in leadership roles working with CEOs and top leadership within highly complex global companies to help redefine what’s possible and give shape to the future through new innovative leadership and organizational practices.

Her passion for creative problem-solving and collaboration and her expertise in instigating and driving global transformational innovative projects and teams, inspiring new ways of working, developing leaders and teams, building partnerships and ecosystems, and coaching executives have helped organizations and leaders solve their challenges more creatively, with positive impact and results.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Louise was a VP of global people development at VMware, which helped her understand Silicon Valley’s innovation power from within. Before that, she was head of leadership and culture innovation at Airbus North America and started up the Airbus Innovation Center and venture fund in Silicon Valley and established a leadership university.

Louise worked in L’Oréal in France for a time after beginning her career in consulting in Denmark.

Louise’s visionary, innovative, purpose-driven, and human-centered work has been featured in the Chief Learning Officer magazine, Intrapreneurship magazine, and the Innovators Handbook, among others. She is trilingual in English, French, and Danish. She is an “Unstoppable Cultures” fellow, a certified Wrong Thinker, and a certified career coach.
