Alex Libson is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Philadelphia office and leads the Team Acceleration Practice globally. He specializes in senior leader and team effectiveness.
Experience
With more than twenty years of experience in management and leadership consulting, Alex works across sectors, including life sciences, technology, energy, logistics, higher education, and financial services, to drive and enable the human component of progress, growth, and change. He coaches executive teams and leaders to gain clarity of purpose, articulate strategy, align resources, and shape culture to achieve the impact they want to have on their organization and the world.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Alex worked at a large global consulting firm, specializing in high-potential leadership development, top-team effectiveness, and coaching. He led that firm’s immersion practice, taking leaders out of the boardroom and engaging with relevant and analogous industries, organizations, and leaders to advance thinking and capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Alex focused on the healthcare industry, specifically on implementing and managing CEO-sponsored projects within a hospital system. He also worked in the Philadelphia area at a boutique management consulting firm where he focused on strategy and collaboration practices.
